1. About these terms
These terms apply to the WazirabadLuxe website and orders placed with WazirabadLuxe, Peer Mitha Road, F Block, Wazirabad, Pakistan. By confirming an order, you agree to these terms together with the product details, quotation, and any written specifications agreed for your order.
2. Website information
We aim to keep product descriptions and photographs accurate. Colors and reflections can vary by screen, lighting, production batch, and finish. Catalog imagery is illustrative, and the written order confirmation governs the final specification.
3. Quotations and prices
Our advertised base price is PKR 5,000 per person, so a standard set is calculated by multiplying that amount by the selected number of people. Special finishes, engraving, extra pieces, custom packaging, taxes, and other additions may cost more and are confirmed in the final quotation. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the selected payment method and total order size. A quotation remains valid for the period stated on it.
4. Forming an order
Adding a set to the online order bag or preparing a checkout request is not final acceptance of an order. An order becomes binding when we receive and confirm the specifications, availability, delivery details, final price, and any required payment or deposit.
5. Set contents
For sets of 1 to 3 people, each person receives one dinner spoon, one dinner fork, one dinner knife, and one dessert spoon. Sets for 4 to 12 people include those core place settings plus a serving spoon, small forks, and any additional pieces confirmed for the specific order.
6. Custom orders
You are responsible for checking spellings, monograms, artwork, finishes, quantities, and measurements before approval. Custom work may involve natural or production-related variation. Changes requested after production begins may add cost or delay delivery.
7. Payment and delivery charges
Checkout offers Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. For Cash on Delivery, the delivery charge must be paid in advance: PKR 500 for orders totaling fewer than 4 place settings, PKR 1,000 for 4 to 8 place settings, and PKR 1,500 for 9 or more place settings. The remaining product balance is paid when the order arrives. Complete advance payment by Bank Transfer receives 5% off and free delivery. Use the generated order reference with your transfer and send a screenshot of the payment through WhatsApp after payment. Promotional codes are subject to their campaign terms and cannot be combined with the advance-payment discount. You are responsible for bank, transfer, currency-conversion, customs, or tax charges not expressly included in our quotation.
8. Production and delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays caused by carriers, customs, supply interruptions, extreme weather, or events outside our reasonable control do not automatically create a right to compensation, but we will communicate material delays where possible.
9. Inspection and care
Inspect your order promptly and follow the care instructions supplied. Our Refund & Warranty Policy explains how to report missing, damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
10. Intellectual property
The WazirabadLuxe name, website design, product imagery, text, and original product designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. We encourage customers to contact us first so concerns can be resolved directly.
