At Wazirabad Luxe, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our cutlery. To give our customers complete peace of mind, we offer a 30-year limited warranty on all our cutlery sets.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

If your cutlery develops any defect due to faulty materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.

What is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or surface marks.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, or improper care (e.g., using abrasive cleaners, exposure to high heat, dishwashers if not recommended).

Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

Custom or engraved sets, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please provide:

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Clear images of the defect.

A written description of the issue.

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide repair, replacement, or an equivalent solution.
