We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms carefully:

Eligible Returns

Standard (non-customized, non-engraved) cutlery sets may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.wazirabadluxe.com.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom and engraved sets are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper care are not eligible.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, contact us at help@wazirabadluxe.com or +92 313 7429696 with your order details.

Once approved, the product must be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos). We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
